Pastor Nchimbi Cosmos Alfred didn’t wait for someone to convince him. As soon as he came across NET Foundation’s training, he saw its value—and enrolled immediately.
Through the NET Curriculum, he gained more than knowledge. He found clarity on key doctrines, tools for sound teaching, and a renewed passion for shepherding the church. The structured and biblically grounded lessons strengthened both his personal walk and his pastoral ministry.
But Pastor Nchimbi wasn’t content with keeping this transformation to himself.
Driven by a desire to see other leaders equipped, he began mobilizing fellow pastors across Tanzania. With growing conviction, he has started gathering church leaders and introducing them to the NET training—creating a space where others can grow just as he did.
“These teachings are shaping our churches. We need this across Tanzania,” he shared.
Today, what began with one pastor’s step of obedience is blossoming into a movement—training leaders, strengthening churches, and spreading the gospel more deeply across the region.
